President Park Hotel
95 Sukhumvit Soi 24, Sukhumvit, Bangkok, Thailand

book President Park Hotel

Good value serviced apartments with children's facilities, and near a BTS station.

Value for money serviced apartments, with good facilities and competent hotel style services. These are the upsides of the President Park Hotel. For the sake of honesty, let’s also tell you the downsides. The hotel is way down the soi from the Sukhumvit Road and the rooms are a bit outdated. You get a lot for your money, but it may not suit you if you want all the amenities on doorstep. If you are coming here on business for a month or two, and you are paying your own way (or if your company is a bit tight on the expenses) then we reckon this is a great choice. Especially if you are taking your family with you. The President Park Hotel caters well for kids. If you want be closer to the BTS and have a room with a better interior design then perhaps head to the Bel-Aire Bangkok on Soi 5, or if your budget is a bit tighter go to the Manhattan Hotel on Soi 15.

The President Park Hotel is run very competently by the Compass Hospitality Group. Nothing wrong with the way the hotel is run: the concierge is helpful, there is 24 hour room service, and the cleaning happens as it should. The hotel has two restaurants, one with an international cuisine and another with a Japanese menu. There is a business lounge open from 5.30am to 10pm with lots of freebies on offer. There is also fairly good fitness centre.

The President Park Hotel also does quite a lot to cater for children with babysitting services, a children’s playground, and a children’s pool and slide.

There four room choices. The Standard Room (36 sqm) which has a kitchenette and a sofa - 36 sqm is well above the average hotel room size for Bangkok. The Deluxe Room (43 sqm) has the same facilities but is slightly larger. The Junior Suite (57 sqm) and Deluxe Suite (80 sqm) both have separate bedrooms and living/dining areas. The rooms all have flat screen TVs with satellite channels. All rooms, except for the Standard Room, have bathtubs.
